An Analysis of Transitivity in the Late Show with Julie Andrews

This research discussed Transitivity in the Late Show with Julie Andrews. This research focused on finding the types of transitivity processes in the Late Show. The data were analyzed using the descriptive gualitative method. The theory that used in this research was Transitivity by Halliday (2004). The main instrument of the research is Note-Taking. The findings showed a total of 68 data found related to Transitivity Process in The Late Show with Julie Andrews. The conclusion of the research is all the transitivity processes are found in The Late Show with Julie Andrews. The most dominant Transitivity process is Material Process with 26 data, followed by Relational Process with 23 data, followed by Mental Process with 9 data, Behavioral Process with 4 data, Existential Process, and Verbai Process share the same amount with each of them have 3 data.
