The research method is a gualitative method, by using Abraham Maslow's theory “Hierarchy of Needs theory”. The results of this study indicate that affection can be proven by the actions of the characters. One of them is Arne who saves his lover from a scary creature. Then Lorraine showed her abilities that no one else had. Both of these actions are forms of affection for someone or somebody. The researcher concluded that people act in certain ways to show affection to someone or somebody. Then, how can someone apply these needs in everyday life, and how can someone achieve these needs to fulfill all his needs to get affection.
