Language is a means that people use in conversation with other people, it can be seen through a sign of words and gestures. The people can communicate or convey messages not only through formal language, but also through songs, poetry, and the like. Certain songs that someone composed and sung by a singer actually have a message and value, such as honesty, courage, hospitality, or a message of peace. the values that are presented in the song are an objective problem in the real world. Social values become an important matter contained in the society, which is becoming comparisons to humans in the act. The researcher concentrates on this study 1) What is the meaning of social value in the lyric of English song earth by lil dicky? 2) What kind of social value are depicted in the Iyrics of English song earth by lil dicky?. This research use descriptive gualitative approach. The theory of this research is a Social value According to Notonagoro (2001:63) and Zubaedi (2012:13). Results from this research have 19 data from object The song earth by lil dicky. The sociolinguistics is a study about language in relation to social factors, including differences of regional, class, gender differences, behaviors, beliefs, and bilingualism. The people use language to identify themselves as a community member by using their language. It is guite difficult to understand what people mean and their feelings, when they have no language. In addition, language cannot be separated with society. The social values are produced by social culture, especially the element of social sense. Social values that are produced by social sense can be stated generally as a relative belief to good and bad things, to right and wrong things and to what should appear and disappear. In general, the notion of value can be interpreted as an idea about what is considered good, proper, beautiful, and desired by every community in their lives. This value even becomes a reflection and picture of the life of a community that helps each other in social order.
