Women Discrimination Reflected in Kristin Hannah's The Nightingale

The aim of this research is to identify the women discrimination used in the theory from Morten Kjaerum. This research was conducted by a used descriptive gualitative method and used the note taking as an instrument of the research to collect the data. The source of this research is the novel “The Nightingale” by Kristin Hannah. The result of this research was three types of women discrimination which were found in the novel, they are, Marginalization Discrimination, Violence Discrimination, and Cultwal Discrimination, The women characters often experience acts of discrimination committed by the German colonialists. One of the types of women discrimination, namely violence that often occurs in the novel, violence is the dominant form of women discrimination based on the
