Heroic Values Reflected by The Characters in “Mulan” Movie

The aim of this research to analyzed the heroic values reflected by
charactrs in “Mulan” movie. This research used a descriptive qualitative method.
In collecting the data, the researcher analyzed the object by used the theory of
heroic values by Mark Grenward. The result of this research there are heroic
values, such as; Power, Conscience, Sense of Responbility to Each Other,
Wisdom, Courage, Determination, Free Will, and Vulnerabulities or Limititaions
by the characters in “Mulan” movie. The researcher also found the dominant of
heroic values namely courage shown by the strenght, conscience, and belief.
