THE CODE-MIXING ATTITUDES AMONG THE USERS ANAK JAKSEL LANGUAGE TRENDS

This research is aimed to analyze the types of code mixing in Anak Jaksel language
using by teenagers and the attitudes of Anak Jaksel language users in social media
twitter have towards Indonesian English code-mixing. The objectives of the
research is to describe what are the types of code mixing in Anak Jaksel language
using by teenagers and to find out what are the attitudes of Anak Jaksel language
users in social media twitter have towards Indonesian English code-mixing. The
researcher uses Muysken’s theory for analyze the types of code-mixing and likert
scale to find out the attitudes of the users Anak Jaksel language. The result of the
research revealed 15 data for types of code mixing on twitter social media and the
attitudes of the users Anak language trends. The types of code-mixing found in this
research are insertion, alternation and congruent lexicalization. the researcher
focuses on code-mixing which contains the Anak Jaksel language in it. Insertion
was found 5 times, alternation was found 5 times, and congruent lexicalization was
found 5 times. Then, the attitudes of the users of the Anak Jaksel language trends
on social media twitter found that the users mostly agree about that language trends.
The researcher conclude that there are three types of code-mixing that have the most
frequently used on social media twitter, such as insertion, alternation, and congruent
lexicalization. The researcher also found several popular terms in the Anak Jaksel
language trend, such as the word Jujurly. The researcher also found the attitudes of
Anak Jaksel language users in social media twitter have towards Indonesian English
code-mixing is mostly positive. The users agree that Anak Jaksel language trends
is a trend that bring positive influence.
