the purpose of this research about the use of code-switching performed by Tukul Arwana in a talk show program "Bukan Emat Mata". the purpose of this research was to find out: (1)the types of code-switching used by Tukul Arwana in buka empat mata. program (2)the function of cede-switching performed by Tukul Arwana in Bukan Empat Mata. the writer founded that the types of code-switching used by Tukul Arwana are tag switching 3 occurences, intersentetial code-switching 4 occurences, and intersentential code switching 140 occurences.
