this theseis contains the fact that nine kinds out of thirteen of figurative language were found in The Beatles song's lyrics. they are smile, metaphor, personification, metonymy, repetition, symbol, synecdoche, paradox, and hyperbole. and rhe most dominant being used here are repetition and paradox. the use of figurative language here, is to clarify and to confirm expression and idea.
