Comparative study of theme analysis between britain’s nursery rhyme and kelong anaklolo of konjoness

This research studied about Comparative Study of Theme Analysis between Britain’s Nursery Rhyme and Kelong Anaklolo of Konjoness which aimed to describe the kinds of theme being reflected on Britain’s Nursery Rhyme and Kelong Anaklolo taking as the instrumen. This research focused on theme by Shipley’s theory and comparative study by Zepetnek’s Theory. T he result on this study showed that there were two kinds of themes used in Britain’s Nursery Rhyme and Kelong Anaklolo of Konjoness they were social theme and moral theme. The researcher concluded that both songs had the same function to entertain children when they wanted to sleep and also talked about social life in order to motivate children even though both songs had differend concept in them, moral and social phenomena.
