This research discussed about factors influence individual differences at the seventh semester students at English and Literature Department.This research aimed to find out the most dominant factors individual differences.This research on Skehan theory about individual difference in learning English.Then,the data were analized using Quantitative descriptive method.The researcher used questionnaire sheet as the instrument to find out the valid data.The findings showed that all of the students has individual differences in learning English at the seven semester.The researcher concluded that individual differences occurred at sociolinguistic aspects,such as: Languange aptitude,motivation,attitude,personality,and cognitive style.It showed that there were many individual differences in learning English.In other words,their success in learning English were influenced by individual deifferences,if they had good individual then they can master English well.
