An Analysis of Emotion of Main Character in Disney's Brave Short Stories

This research discussed about Emotion of Main Character in Disney's Brave Short Stories. This research focused on analyzing types of emotion showed by the Main character in Disney'sBrave short stories. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. The theory that used in this research was Freed Kofinan's classification of Emotion theory. The main instrument of the research was note-taking, where the researcher identified, classified, and analyzed data of every necessary data requiered in order to complete the research. The findings showed 9 kinds found in the short stories of Disney's Brave, they were happiness, sadness, enthusiasm, anger, fear, guilt, anxiety, shock, and boredom. There was a total of 29 data found related to the classification of emotions from the short stories. There were 5 data of Happiness, 3 data of Sadness, 5 data of Enthusiasm, 4 data of Anger, 4 data of Fear, 3 data of Guilt, 1 data of anxiety, 3 data of shock, and I data of boredom.
