Kinesics analysis "Shaun and the sheep movie farmageddon"
This research was about A Shaun and "The Sheep Movie Farmageddon" which aimed to explore the body language that is expressed and to analyze the meaning of body language including facial expression, posture, and gesture that found in the movie. This research was a descriptive qualitative method using kinesics theory coined by Ray L. Birthwhistell as its theoretical framework Especially the relationship between body language and the context. The data from this research were collected from "A Shaun and The Sheep Movie Farmageddon" using note-taking as its main research instrument. In finding the researcher found three kinds of body language those are facial expression, gesture, and posture. Therefore the meaning of facial expressions are sad, visual imagining, upset, happy, anxious, amazed, and dislike. The second is the meaning of gestures, those are angry, threat, telling a half story, evaluation, respect, asking the question, stop, helplessness, confirmation, sad, okay, enjoy, and high five. The third is the meaning of postures those are, confident, sad, upset, disagree, and ready.
