The Analysis Of The Character Arthur Fleck In Joker (2019) Movie.

This research discussed about the form of character of Arthur represented in Joker movie. This research focused on analyzing the form of character of Arthur represented in Joker movie. The data were analyzed using descriptive gualitative method. The theory that used in this research was the theory of the theory of Character by DiYanni (2002).. The main instrument of the research is Note-Taking, where the researcher took notes of every necessary data reguiered in order to complete the research. The findings showed that There were totally 32 data found in both Joker movie and script, there are some data that showed more than one Character aspects. The data itself divided into 18 data of Character”s Actions, 6 data of Character's Words, 7 data of Character”s Physical Attributes, and 7 data of Other Characters reaction. The result of the research showed that Arthur is the main Character of the movie Joker. He is a dynamic character who developed his charater which resulted from painful and terrible experiences that occurred in his life. He was a kind-hearted character at the early part of the movie, and later turned into an evil and wicked character.
