Social Criticism Toward American Government in Lyric Campaign Speech and The Storm by Eminem

The purpose of this study is to see how social criticism in Iyric of Campaign Speech and The Storm by Eminem. Commonly media products such as songs, when being under research will be related to the political event. Campaign Speech and The Storm was released at 2016 and 2017 during Donald Trump as an a president. Thus, it could be related that the songs wa a little part of a political propaganda about the superiority of American white people. This research was desciptive gualitative method . Using a marxism theory who advocated by Karl Marx as its theoritical framework. The findings of this research such as the social critic, racism, and capitalism that occurred in Donald Trump's reign as the elected President of the United States in 2016. Marxism remains the basis for movement and opposition to injustice toward minority in economic and social life.
